What is the Tower Gaming Affiliate Program?

The Tower Gaming Affiliate program is a results-oriented partnership program in which Tower Gaming and our Affiliate (you) work together in creating an innovative and successful business relationship. Very simply, we provide you with marketing tools like banners and mailers to attract players to our site and you'll earn a percentage of all profits we earn from these players.

How can I sign up for the Tower Gaming Affiliate Program?

All that is necessary is to agree to the terms of our Affiliate Program and to complete an online sign-up form.

Why should I join the Tower Gaming Affiliate Program?

How much does it cost to be a Tower Gaming Affiliate?

Becoming a Tower Gaming Affiliate is FREE! There is no cost to the Affiliate, and we provide the marketing material to help you start earning.

Do I need my own Website to become an Affiliate?

To become a Tower Gaming Affiliate, a website is not required. Just tell us how you plan to market Tower Gaming, and how we can help.

Do you accept sign-ups from anywhere in the world or do you have any restrictions?

Tower Gaming will accept affiliates from anywhere in the world, but it is important for the affiliate to understand and abide by the laws of the country he/she lives in.

Am I allowed to change my personal details?

After logging in to the Affiliate Members Area (with your Username/Password), you can change any personal information anytime you'd like by clicking on “Personal Details” in the sidebar.

Will my Affiliate username and password work for Tower Gaming play?

YES. Your Affiliate username and password will also work for playing at TowerGaming.com.

Can I have more than one website that promotes Tower Gaming?

YES. Simply, email contact@toweraffiliates.com with your request and we'll review your site for approval. The additional site must meet the same Terms and Conditions as your original site.

Dollars and Sense

When do I get paid?

Payments are made the 15th of every month. This is for all commissions earned in that period, as long as they exceed $50.

How do I get paid?

You can be paid via Cheque, MoneyBookers, or you have the option of being paid directly into your Player account.

What is Net Gaming Revenue?

NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) is calculated differently depending on whether it is from Poker or Casino.

Poker NGR is the total of all player contributions to all rakes, for either ring games or tournaments less any promotional costs involved and chargebacks.

Casino NGR is the total of all player losses on games less any promotional costs involved and chargebacks.

How are my commissions calculated?

Until a new first time deposit has been made by a player each month you earn 20% of our NGR. However, once a first time deposit is made you earn a minimum of 25% on NGR which can increase to 35% depending on the amount of NGR your players generate during the month. When do I start earning from my referred players?

You start earning commissions on your players as soon as they begin wagering real money!

How do I know how much money I've made each month?

When you log into the Affiliate Members Area you will be able to see a summary of your current month's earnings, as well as any balance carried forward from the previous month. More detailed commission statistics are made available in the Report section of the Members Area.

Is it possible to lose money?

NO. There is no possible way for you to lose money being an Affiliate for Tower Gaming. If your NGR is negative for the month, which can occur when your players net winnings are greater than their losses, your balance will simply be $0 for the month.

Is there a limit to the maximum monthly and lifetime earnings I can make?

NO. There are no upper limits on your potential earnings.

Is it the first, or the last Affiliate that is rewarded?

Any referred player that signs up at Tower Gaming will be rewarded to the last Affiliate visited.

Can I earn more money by referring other Affiliates?

YES. Tower Affiliates provides a Sub-Affiliate Program where you can earn up to 15% of your referred Affiliates NGR. See the Sub-Affiliate Program section for more details.

Marketing Tools

What marketing tools are available when I become a member?

Tower Affiliates offers a wide variety of different marketing tools for you to use, including banners, HTML mailers, and much more. Just go to the “Marketing Tools” section of the Members Area and choose what tools best suit your site.

How do I use the marketing tools?

The marketing tools are very simple to implement on your website. You simply have to copy and paste the HTML code for the tool you want onto your website. We provide you with full instruction on how to this in the Members Area.

Am I allowed to copy content from TowerGaming.com to use for marketing?

Content on TowerGaming.com is strictly for Tower Gaming use only. There are a selection of specifically created banners, HTML mailers, and other such marketing tools for Affiliates to use in their marketing.

Can Tower Affiliates create customized marketing tools for me?

Tower Affiliates can create customized marketing tools for you if you request it. We want to help you in any way possible so you can be successful. Just email contact@toweraffiliates.com with your request.

Reports

What information is made available to me?

You have the choice of selecting one of your many easy-to-understand pre-made reports to get all the necessary information you need. A wide range of information is available from traffic statistics to commission summaries. All this information will make it easy for you track your progress and market Tower Gaming more effectively to potential players.

Is it possible to track historical and current commissions?

After logging in to the Members Area (with your Username/Password), you can track historical and current commissions.

When are my statistics updated?

Your statistics are updated each day at 8:00am CET.

Can I export the online reports to other programs like Excel?

YES. The online reports we provide you with can all be exported to Excel for data manipulation or to PDF format for better printing and saving results.

Campaigns Tracking

How do I track referred players from my site?

We track all of your players for you. Each campaign tracker has a unique ID that we identify with you, so we will know when a player has clicked our content on your site and signed up with Tower Gaming.

Is it possible to track each marketing tool I use?

It is possible to track performance results for differing campaigns, online and off, simply by setting up separate trackers for your campaigns. More detailed information about campaign tracking and how to set it up is available in the Members Area.

Sub-Affiliate Program

What is a Sub-Affiliate?

A Sub-Affiliate is someone who you recommend to us that wishes to be a member of Tower Affiliates.

How much will I earn through Sub-Affiliates?

Tower Gaming offers a 2-Tier Program that pays you a 15% override commission on each of your referred Affiliate's commissions.

How do I register a Sub-Affiliate?

Sub-Affiliates register by simply filling out the application form located here. We keep track of the Affiliates that joined us through your site via trackers that are connected the Affiliate marketing materials you're using. This is same way we keep track of you're referred Poker and Casino players.

How can I keep track of my earnings from Sub-Affiliates?

We will keep track of all the Sub-Affiliate information for you through online reports made specifically for them. You will be able to see statistics on how well they are doing, including your monthly revenues earned from them.

Is the information I give you secure?

YES. All the information you provide us will be kept confidential and will never be given to any 3rd party. Furthermore, the information is submitted using SSL encryption algorithms. These internationally accepted industry standards are used by banks around the world.
